Our server Sterling was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu in a way that felt authentic rather than rehearsed. Wine recommendations were spot-on, courses arrived at a perfect, unhurried pace, and with grace that speaks to real hospitality. Then the food…Oh, the food! Every dish that arrived at our table was a small masterpiece.We starting with Mussels and Honey Shrimp as appetizers, and Salmon, Lamb chops, and Scorpion Shrimp as the main courses continued the ascent — fresh, high-quality ingredients treated with respect and restraint, allowing each flavor to sing. The evening was simply perfect leaving you wanting just one more bite.”

“My mom took me to Ambrosia for dinner to celebrate Nurses Week and we had a really great experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy, the food was amazing, and everything tasted very fresh and high quality. Our server, April, was very sweet and attentive the whole time. She made sure we had everything we needed and was really accommodating with extra sauces and food requests. Honestly some of the best food I’ve had downtown in a long time. We’ll definitely be back.”

“I tried Ambrosia for the first time today after leaving traffic court. When I walked in, I was amazed with the immaculate and upscale decor. I waited awhile but that was fine once I realized Tim was the only person working besides the cook. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay, the lamb tips, added chicken tips to it, and it came with sides of Greek potatoes, pita bread and tsaziki sauce, with seasoned tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. I was pleasantly surprised to finally feel like I was not squandering my money away, as I've done in many Columbia restaurants. The food was absolutely splendid! Well seasoned, bursting with flavors, definitely a exceptional and exquisite dining experience! Tim and I talked and laughed while waiting on my food to come out. He's an extremely personable, funny, and free spirited being. His service was simply impeccable! He even recommended places I could find my future rich husband at 😜💅🤌 I can't wait to go back and laugh with him again. I also can't wait to get hungry again later so I can finish off my plate. “Every time I go there I have a wonderful dining experience! I recommend going until you get to try everything on the menu. The atmosphere is always pristine, calm, clean and the staff is always friendly. The staff asks about allergies upfront and also gives you honest recommendations about what they recommend you try too. I just took some family friends to the restaurant because they were in town for a memorial service. They had a wonderful dining experience and it was what they needed in their time of mourning. Let’s see… their salads are amazing, the pork chops and apples are spot on, their lamb is always delicious, and I really hope they are here for a long time to come!”
