“Allswell is a weekly spot for me. I love sitting in the booth at the bar and catching up with my favorite bartender, James. I usually alternate between the source bowl and the house salad with crispy chicken, but I always order a side of fries (they change their oil daily). I also really appreciate that they make a proper, in-house ají hot sauce. James is a true mixologist—an experienced, vetted bartender—and the bar offers an excellent selection of both cocktails and mocktails. The ambiance is warm and old-school Brooklyn, with exposed wood beams and stained-glass chandeliers. Consistent every time.”
