“Impeccable meal & service at Ariari the Kimchi opened our appetite right up, it was bright and crisp —super yummy, even asked them to get more to bring home 😭 If you could only get one thing, I seriously recommend the Al-bap. Rest of the dishes were good as well, however, simply eating the duck bulgogi and black cod by itself feels very heavy/rich, getting white rice to go along with it is a must. Finish the meal off with the ginger caramel bingsoo. YOU HAVE TO. Such an interesting combination of flavors. Savory and slightly sweet from the ganjang cream combatting the winter gingery taste from the shaved ice, topped off with pecan crisp and the fresh bits of leafy basil. So yum. (also tried bread pudding but the bingsoo better) Whole time the servers were extremely attentive and nice, great service. 11/10 would come again Thank you Ariari waiters ur da goats 🐐”

Every dish I tried with friends was good, especially the fried soft-shell crab, the seafood pancake, the steamed egg with chives, and the bulgogi. The restaurant environment itself is full of people and it is actually very lively, which makes for such a fun and energetic dining experience. The flavors are fresh and the presentation is top-notch. It’s definitely a must-visit for anyone who enjoys high-quality food in a vibrant setting!”

“This meal was absolutely delicious!!! I was here a couple of weeks ago and have thought about it every single day since. I got the Scallop DIY Gimbap. The apple kimchi and chungyang mayo that came with it were two of the tastiest condiments I've ever had. I also got the Yook-Hwe which is beef tartare and baby octopus. They were also kind enough to give me a compliment salad of cabbage with what I believe was a kimchi dressing. I will be coming back to this spot every single time I visit New York, without fail.”

“Everything was good here. Quality of food was really good. Ableit not your traditional Korean service. They only do one banchan, kimchi salad ( not sure if it’s kimchi) it’s raw cabbage with a sweet pepper mayo made the same day and it’s pretty good. Place is small, a bit pricey. Wouldn’t come back more than once in a while but would definitely recommend you try aleast once. The crab noodle was our favorite. Scallop hand roll set was a nice starter.beef shank/rib soup was really nice. Uni fried rice was a scam”
