Carneval’s doors opened in August 2019 with a goal to bring great food, creative drinks, culture and fun to the vibrant Williamsburg Brooklyn neighborhood. We chose to serve the Williamsburg neighborhood as a way of showing our love, pride and loyalty for the neighborhood that raised us. When it came to the theme for our restaurant, we were inspired by our own cultures and carnivals from countries we’ve visited around the world.
“Ok! This place is crazy good. If you're in NYC, take the Williamsburg Bridge in Brooklyn and come straight to the Carneval! Fusion Latin food with incredible original drinks. The atmosphere is awesome with outstanding staff. There is no bad seat in the place with the casual vibe of Williamsburg and the “Los Sures” Latin flavor. Don't miss out!!”
