Caviar Kaspia opens its New York location at The Mark. With exquisite interior design by Jacques Grange, the restaurant offers an exceptional menu of signature dishes including the legendary Signature Baked Potato with caviar and the finest selection of caviars.
“Caviar Kaspia at the Mark remains one of my favorite spots for high fashion lunch that feels both indulgent and ligth. The Salmon salad was beautifully prepared the fish was perfectly seared and seasoned, offering a fresh, clean contrast to the restaurant's more decadent caviar offerings.”
“Such a beautiful experience at the Caviar Bar at The Mark Hotel. The space is stunning, super elegant but still feels intimate and comfortable, especially sitting at the bar and main dining room. The caviar potato was honestly a highlight. So simple but done perfectly, warm, rich, and just incredible with the caviar. Service was also very fast and seamless. Everything came out quickly but never felt rushed, and the staff were really attentive and knowledgeable. Overall just a really special spot. Perfect for a treat or a special night out.”
“I had my own Breakfast at Tiffany’s moment in NYC—with a little Gossip Girl energy mixed in. My boyfriend and I went to Caviar Kaspia for a caviar brunch and fully leaned into the experience. We ordered the Kaspia omelette it was creamy, fluffy, and topped with caviar simple but so fancy. We also had the baked potato with caviar and the rösti crust “pizza”, everything was incredible. The hostess and waitstaff made it even better, friendly, attentive, and even offering fun sightseeing tips once we finished. I’m now convinced caviar makes everything better (cue the side eye from my boyfriend when I said that 😂). Not our typical brunch, but the perfect treat before sightseeing and a Broadway show. Total NYC main character moment for me.”
“~Cozy and posh~ Upper east side chic. Cozy dining room. Love the ice cream with caviar topping. Staffs are efficient and well trained. Uptown crowd.”
“A delightful experience, and well crafted decedent dishes. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back but I did have the urge to find that 1 missing point in each dish, such as, the salmon carpaccio was cut too thick for my experience, the tuna tartar needed something with a bite, and there was nothing to put them on...no cracker, potato slice, chip...nothing.. and there was way too much butter in the baked potatoes, which overpowered caviar... small things, but they would have made a positive difference. The service was impeccable, the room is well dressed, and the people watching did not disappoint.”
