Manhattan elegance and magnificent Mediterranean cuisine meet as one walks through the stately revolving, brass door acquired from a famed London hotel. Fleming by Bilboquet is about attentive service. It’s about a meticulously prepared meal featuring fresh, Mediterranean inspired cuisine and the most delectable specials. It is not just a reservation, but a classic Manhattan moment.
“Stopped over for a quick lunch on a Saturday before heading home and everyone from the hostess to the servers were absolutely a delight. The hostess adjusted my table to give me some shade from the strong sun and the servers checked in and recommended a dish that was the perfect meal for the appetite at the moment. The outside seating is very pretty and reminds me of dining outdoors in Paris.”
“I have tested tiramisu across my favorite cities. Fleming wins best tiramisu in the world — tonight, May 18th 2026, after two visits. I am coming back tomorrow.”
“My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Fleming by Le Bilboquet. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. We started with two fresh and perfectly prepared salads, followed by a beautifully cooked branzino and a delicate, flavorful halibut—both dishes were outstanding and executed to perfection. To finish, we enjoyed an apple tart and ice cream, which were the perfect sweet ending to an already exceptional meal. The service was truly top-notch—attentive, warm, and professional throughout the entire evening. A special thank you to Giacomo and his team for making our experience so memorable. We highly recommend Fleming by Le Bilboquet.”
“We ordered everything and one dish was just better than the next. Freshest tuna...gorgeous steak...wonderful bronzino...fabulous dover sole. Wow. Service up there with the food. Showtime.”
“As a regular at Le Bilboquet, I was really looking forward to dining at Fleming by Bilboquet, but unfortunately the experience felt underwhelming. The lighting was overly bright and the room was almost empty, which made the atmosphere feel a bit lacking. Service also felt rushed, particularly when it came time to pay. We ordered the soup of the day to share, which ended up being charged $37, which felt excessive. The Cajun chicken main arrived cold and without enough sauce, far from the standard I associate with the Bilboquet name. There is clearly potential in the space, but based on this visit, it didn’t meet expectations and I wouldn’t return in its current state.”
