“Delicious meal, appreciate the nice appetizer that came out beforehand on the house. French toast bites were a real highlight, although I wish there had been a bit more time with the apps before our mains came out.”

“Very good food, nothing mind blowing tho. I think the chips that came with the hot dog could benefit from more crispyness, it was a tiny bit chewy. And the string beans salad was delicious but way too simple, especially for that price. The drinks were also yummy. The staff were super caring and friendly, and I think that was the best part of our dining experience. Always appreciate nice hosts.”

“I took my self here for good fries and a piece of fish. Read that they have exceptional fries. Disagree. The fries are OK. I am super picky about fries and go to certain particular spots for Truly excellent fries (with skin, fresh cut, made super fresh in good oil tasty type). Not adding Houseman to my rounds. The fish was good. Nothing super exceptional but I liked the crunchiness of the outside and it was satiating. Overall the experience was a bit of a let-down. Outdoor seating spot is cute. Meh. It’s fine.”

“I’m not exactly sure how I feel about this place. Everything was fresh and well prepared, but overall it felt a bit overpriced for what it was. I tried the blue fish dish it was more like a dip and while it was interesting, the flavor was very fish-forward. If you’re really into strong fishy flavors, you might enjoy it, but for me, it was a bit overwhelming. Just something to keep in mind depending on your taste.”
