“I took the basil pasta to go, they also have cacio e pepe as a to go option. It comes in a small box (I took the picture after I ate half of it already). It’s made freshly right after you placed your order and then you can watch the cook through a big window. It’s superb! Really delicious and keeps you full for a really long time. You can order extra Parmesan if you like. The staff is friendly and kind.”

“Best carbonara I’ve had in NYC, and I’ve tried many. Literally enough crispy guanciale that you can have a bite of guanciale with every bite of perfectly al dente pasta. Sit at the oval if you can so you can watch the chefs prepare the meal. Also excellent cocktails and wine list, as well as friendly service.”
