Opened in 2002 by famed chef @FrankPrisinzano, Lil Frankie's serves the most famous Italian pastas, pizzas and wines from the Campagna Region of Italy along with other Italian American Pizzeria classics. Our wood burning pizza oven was handcrafted brick by brick by a 3rd generation Neapolitan oven builder, from which our pizza, fire roasted eggplant, wood roasted chicken and dry aged steaks come to life.
“Absolutely delicious! Pizza was great, the dough and crust are fantastic. Good drinks, good salad, good mozzarella appetizer. Complementary bread and olives and olive oil would definitely recommend, and come here again!”
“Very nice atmosphere, packed with family memorabilia and super busy, however the food on that specific day was ok. The seasoning of my ragu was quite salty and my friend's spaghetti al limone missed a bit of wham. Portions were very decent. Attentive service”
“The customer service was poor from start to finish, with staff appearing uninterested and unhelpful. Simple requests were either ignored or handled with a lack of professionalism. On the positive side, the ambience was definitely good and the tiramisu was nice. However, the food was pretty average and the prices were high for what they were offering. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. There are many other places in the area that value their customers more. I would not return based on this experience.”
“I was very disappointed with my experience here. I had high hopes because the food and restaurant looked nice, so I was excited for this place. First off, they only take cash which is a red flag but whatever. I thought the atmosphere was really nice but too dark, I like nice lighting but I also wanna see too. After being seated, it took a while for a sever to take my order. Another red flag that I ignored but started to realize my experience might get worse. I got a lemonade and it was not good, tasted very watered down i might as well just have stuck with the water. Finally the food arrived and I was impressed by the looks. But the taste not so… it tasted very average. Also the breading of the chicken was grey for some reason, which really put me off so I didn’t eat it. You can do a better job at home. Now the service… it wasn’t good. Not once did my two servers check up on us. The hostess was the only one who basically acknowledged us and was really nice. I wanted a refill for my soda but the servers were nowhere to be found. Left no tip. I wouldn’t recommend this place, $30 for an average chicken parm is insane. Bread was average. Go somewhere else.”
“Ordered takeout from Uber eats. Worst tasting take out i have had in a year. Wouldn't even eat it for free. Whats the matter with this place?? It seems popular but wow..... quality and taste is not there. Bland and salty at the same time if that makes sense. Even Sbarro or Olive Garden has more umami What a shame.”
