She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire time we were there. Roxy consistently checked in on us without ever being intrusive, and her positive attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such outstanding customer service, and she truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. “Had Sunday brunch with a girlfriend! Atmosphere: 10/10- the music was a good mix, aesthetics were amazing, and everyone was having a great time!! Definitely POC friendy. Food: ordered the toast and wings, everything was cooked well and the chicken was well seasoned and crispy. Drinks: we ordered the bottomless mimosas, the mimosas were definitely strong and not too orange juice heavy for my liking. Lost count after a few, but definitely got my moneys worth!! I love that you could switch between the mimosas, sangria, and screwdriver. Service: Skylar, the hookah attendant and Roxy, our waitress were both very attentive, kind, and accommodating. They both had very fun energy and made our experience so much more enjoyable!🩷”

“I went to Lost in Paradise Rooftop for Valentine’s Day and it was such a beautiful experience. The ambiance was amazing — very romantic, aesthetic, and perfect for a special night out. The service was great; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable the entire time. The food was also really good and came out fresh and well-presented. Overall, everything from the atmosphere to the service made the night feel special. I would definitely recommend this spot for a date night or any celebration”

“We went for taco Tuesday. I enjoyed the views. The lobby was cute with a beautiful chandelier. The elevator features a nice Hunter green velvet wall. The food was delicious. We ordered truffle fries, buffalo wings, shrimp, mushroom and steak tacos. For drinks we had the Hennyrita, Dusse sidecar and two patron shots. The drinks were good but they were a bit overpriced. Overall I enjoyed the experience and had a good time.”
