“I am usually wary of fusion dining because it often tends to lack authenticity, but Nōksu completely won me over. Every dish was creative, harmonious, and full of flavor. I also loved the beverage pairing, which balanced very well with each dish! I could feel the immense care, time, and attention to detail the team puts into creating an unforgettable experience. Top-notch service and execution—I can't wait to go back!”
“I went there for my partner's recent birthday. The restaurant entrance is right in the subway transit area, which is so cool and unique! I absolutely loved the food and the decor. You can actually watch the chefs prepare and serve the food right from the counter. Plus, the servers and sommelier paid great attention to everyone.”
“Move over, Atomix!, There's a new sheriff in town. Our meal was exquisite. Original, complex, sophisticated, very, very, flavorful and filling but light. Fine cuisine at its finest. The atmosphere is quiet despite the (good) background music, the service is flawless, friendly but discreet. The many dishes are presented by the chefs, the open kitchen allows for first row sighting of the surgically precise brigade at work. Impeccable.”
“This restaurant honestly deserves more than one Michelin star!!!! From the beautiful interior to the stunning plating, everything was amazing—and the food tasted absolutely heavenly. Even the word “luxury” feels too small for this place. If anyone asks me for a Michelin restaurant recommendation in New York, this would be my number one pick without hesitation. For a special day with a special person, you really don’t need to think twice about where to go. It was the happiest birthday meal I could have asked for, and one I’ll never forget. I’m already trying to book another reservation soon. It was even better than I expected.”
“Fantastic vibes for food that was some hits some misses. The trout was a hit as was the scallop, both really getting into the flavors of those proteins. On the other hand the duck was musky and the sujebi was plain. I thought the desserts were just OK too. It's a great place but hey not every dish can bat 1.000.”
