“Raúl and Vincent have been absolutely excellent hosts. This has been one of the best dining experiences I have had in New York. From the beginning they have done everything possible to make this dinner an unique experience. The focaccia and the pasta were absolutely 10/10. Their wine list is also great and the service is worth of a Michelin star. I will absolutely come back and recommend this place to all my friends and family. Looking forward to dining here again.”

Orchid took charge from the beginning by recommending and directing us towards all of our cravings. “From the moment we walked in, Raul set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience. He was genuinely warm, attentive without being overbearing, and clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to come across a manager who strikes that balance so effortlessly. His recommendations were thoughtful and, more importantly, absolutely spot on. He really knows the menu inside and out! As for the food, every single dish exceeded expectations. The roasted root vegetables deserve special mention: they were perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and honestly one of those dishes you keep thinking about long after the meal ends. It’s not something you’d expect to stand out, but it completely did. The pastas were just as impressive. Each dish tasted incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and generously portioned without feeling heavy. You could tell there was real care put into every plate. We kept saying we’d slow down, but it was impossible, everything was too good. All around, this was one of those meals where everything comes together: great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Raul truly elevated the experience, and the kitchen backed it up in every way. We’ll absolutely be back.”
