Named for "earth" in Italian, Terra centers around a wood-burning Italian grill, where chefs Eli Anderson and Matthew Smith cook seasonal raw ingredients over flames, allowing simple flavors to shine. The resulting dishes pair perfectly with the menu's botanical cocktails and premium Italian wines.
“Very good tasting pizza. I visited NYC for a few days over Christmas. This place was the first and last meal I had before returning to the UK and I would recommend going.”
“I loved this charming little wine bar/restaurant. We each had a cocktail, tried a different salad and split a pizza. Drinks were great, service was really great, and the food was really good. We got a white pizza. I loved the crust. I tried the mango salad, which was delicious and the fried goat cheese on top was really delicious.”
“Just made my second visit to this hidden gem. My friend who recommended it is a born and raised Italian, so it had a lot to live up to. The space is warm and welcoming. They have regular seating as well as high top bar and table seating. The food is absolutely delicious. I was excited to find out the chef is Roberto Passon as I used to go to his namesake restaurant in Hells Kitchen. Highly recommend the Tagliatelle Bolognese, pizza (we tried a few), and the Mussels. Oh...and the BREAD! A great range of both white (I love a Gavi) and red wine. I also loved seeing a familiar face. Umberto used to work at that mentioned restaurant. He made both experiences great. Him and Keme gave great recommendations for both food and beverages. They made my friend's birthday memorable. I highly recommend for anyone to visit - family, friends or on a date - it will not disappoint. Excited to come back MANY more times!”
“Extremely friendly service! The food was excellent especially the prosciutto buratta! They were able to seat us at communal tables without a reservation. Would recommend for a nice classy bite.”
“Delicious food at a great price! Humberto was wonderful and so friendly, he recommended the Sabayon for dessert and it was a perfect light springtime snack! Also had the Rigatoni Gamberi which had some of the most delicious seafood tomato sauce I’ve had in a long time. Omar was also very kind and attentive, great service at this restaurant!”
