“I’ve made multiple visits to Parla with friends and somehow each experience beats the last one. Most recently we had the Sonny boy pizza (WOW to the sesame crust and tomato topping), and the Cacio e Pepe arancini balls, which were absolutely amazing. We requested some Italian ranch on the side which was a great complement. Service was also great. Lemon pasta left a bit to be desired due to our spicier expectations, but the pesto pizza was the star of the show at dinner! We’ve also tried and enjoyed the hot hunny pizza without pepperoni and liked it a lot. Ambience is very pleasant, would recommend for a date or friend group alike. Dim lights, medium noise level.”

“Delicious! We had the vodka pasta and the midnight spaghetti and both were excellent. We also got the pie dye and that was literally perfect, no notes. One of my favorite pies in the city now. Loved the spicy marg and my husband enjoyed his whiskey sour a lot. Staff was super friendly. Onlyyy little problem we had was that I had this res booked for months and we still got seated at the bar, no table seating available which was a little weird for our 1 year wedding anniversary dinner and in a tiny dress to sit in a bar stool lol.. the server mentioned moving us to a table once a spot opened but then never came back to us. I'd say don't expect a tablr even with a reservation.. be prepared for a bar seat potentially. If that's not your vibe I'd pick a different spot incase but excellent food. The bartenders were very kind and attentive. Cozy little spot, recommend for most!”

“Excellent food and service. Our server Kate was lovely and the manager Peter was so attentive and friendly. The pizza was top notch. The gelato is not to be slept on. Outdoor seating was cool and wait was not long!! Good for groups or date night”

“I specifically came to write about Zachary at the front. We were told the wait would be over an hour, and as we were leaving, he literally ran across the street to let us know seats had opened up for us. My son is on the spectrum, so avoiding that long wait meant more to our family than words can explain. I actually wrote this before realizing Zach is one of the managers — which says everything about this establishment. The fact that he carries himself like part of the team and genuinely cares for guests speaks volumes. We’ll absolutely be back. A huge plus was how incredible the food was and how great the service felt throughout the night. Attentive enough to make us feel genuinely cared for, but never rushed — which is rare these days. Recommendations: eggplant starter. Mushroom truffle square. The hot honey margarita!”

“Visiting friends in the area we stopped here for an early dinner. We were greeted by Zach, the host, who was super accommodating (especially since we arrived early for our reservation). We were sat quickly to where Sam, our waiter was courteous, efficient, and pleasant to work with! He made some phenomenal recommendations: Highly highly HIGHLY recommend the hot hunny pizza. Everyone loved it. The flavor pallet was the perfect combo of savory and sweet with a pinch of heat. The burrizza had phenomenal flavor, as well. The gnocchi was great. Super light and the flavor was great; just wish it came with more! Lastly, all the drinks we had were great and made perfectly (columbus Ave 75, espresso martini, and hot honey margarita. Overall, our experience was phenomenal here. Totally recommend and we will be coming again! 😊😋”
