Pietro Nolita is a pink jewel box in the heart of Nolita (inspired by the Memphis group and the pastel colors of the Italian Riviera) This healthy Italian eatery, which serves fresh plates/cocktails and handmade saucy pasta (get the heart shaped ravioli), is entirely decked out in pink, from top to bottom. One thing’s for sure: you’ll be seeing—and drinking—through rose-colored glasses
“Great food and delish drinks! We came in a group of 6 and we got seated right away, we were supposed to just get a quick drink but after checking out the menu, we ordered their booognese and risotto! Also we shared the pizza and arancini and burrata! Oh! The fennel salad was delish! We ordered their green gimlet and paper plane! Was a blast! We ended up staying there for a couple of hours! Great service and chic vibes!”
“A group of friends and I stopped into this bar while exploring the neighborhood, not realizing we were about 45 minutes early from regular business hours. Ethan greeted us so politely and willing to welcome us with a smile. He made some amazing drinks and was fun to chat with. Can’t rate the food but service and atmosphere (add a link to the playlist on your website! 😄) were perfect! One of our favorite stops for sure!”
“I loved the place, the food, and the drinks! I went for my birthday and had an amazing experience. I really enjoyed the food since I love Italian cuisine. The pesto gnocchi was absolutely delicious, and the octopus carpaccio oh my goodness, so good!! For drinks, I had a Nolitarita, and for dessert, I enjoyed tiramisu for my birthday. Special thanks to Ethan for taking such great care of us on my special day, he was really kind and provided excellent service.”
“We went to Pietro’s for a few quick cocktails after dinner and loved it. It was a super cute spot with great drinks and excellent customer service. I accidentally lost a ring while I was there and Ethan went above and beyond to find it for me. I will forever appreciate him finding it and will be returning for more drinks in the future. It is a small restaurant so highly recommend reservations just in case.”
“The ambiance is okay and the decor is nice but that really is all I can say about this place. As soon as we walked in we weren’t greeted but instead just told very rushed there were no tables available anywhere and that everything was reserved they told us to go sit outside. Once I told them we had a reservation they sat us down but no apology, no greeting no introduction no water just the menu dropped off at our table. We had 2 drinks 2 appetizers and 2 pastas. The focaccia is great and the meatballs were good. The pasta tasted doughy and bland. Our server never checked on us once and we had to ask twice for water while other tables were being refilled and tended to. Once it came time for the check out servers tone changed and started asking if we enjoyed the food and if we were celebrating anything (we were celebrating my birthday) then proceeded to say happy birthday and act how we excepted he would treat us from the beginning of the night. My friend and I thought it was weird that we was being friendly now but definitely knew it was because with the check comes the tip. Needless to say we will not be back, we were disappointed and dissatisfied overall, we had high hopes and were really excited for this place. :(”
