“Such a delightedly tasteful dinner!! We started with their famous oysters, freshly caught/delivered from Hampton Bays and appetizers; mussels, fries, brussels sprouts and gambas. They all got emptied out quickly. And, the main: Octopus-tenderest ever, Sea bass and Salmon- all full of healthy and yummy taste. Finishing with the homemade desserts made the night perfect!”

“Sagaponak is hands down my favorite place for happy hour. Super reasonable, insanely good food, and great drinks. The oysters during happy hour are a must, as are their spicy margaritas. Their fries are also fantastic, as is their surf-and-turf burger. Their crab roll and lobster rolls are great, too. Highly recommend!”

“My new favorite restaurant in NYC! We came for a delicious lunch. This is among the best happy hours in town, with dollar oysters, drinks for $5, and cocktails for $9. We had the chili lobster roll, which is a must try. Just delightful. And service was also amazing!”

“Had this place bookmarked for over a year! My goal for the rest of the year is to not discover new places but to check off the ones on my list already. I started with this place and for the small bites I had I'm glad I came. It's a nice quiet place looks small in the front but once you walk to the back it's a more open layout! Now to what I came for the food! Was pleasantly surprised that happy hour was on a Saturday till 6:30 keep in mind the kitchen will be closed!!! So you can get small bites ONLY! The girl at the bar was sweet and knew her way around! I got all the oyster options and the fries I did not like the flavor profile of the 2 cooked oysters but the raw ones were my absolute fave! Will be back to the crab roll! And other dinner menu items”

“Overall a solid place for peeko oysters which is available in a few ways across their whole menu. Happy hour oysters are capped at 12 per person for $1 each. The drinks weren't too bad overall but I wasn't a big fan of the lychee spritz. I would come again for oysters and shrimp but also the space where my table was seated was right by the bar table and the space was fairly narrow so the foot traffic forced my friend to move her chair all the way in if she wanted to avoid getting touched by people moving through the restaurant. Other than that solid experience overall 4/5.”
