“The manager was super friendly, humorous and very accommodating. They sat us right away. My only complaint about the service was the fact our waitress barely spoke louder than a whisper and in a busy restaurant, it was difficult to hear her. Food was decently priced and quite delicious. And again the manger checked on us and refilled our water. Very nice place and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nice place to eat.”

“Funny how the manager decided to write back but here I am, trying to defend myself again... Awful experience. Our waiter asked if I had any allergies and I said yes, I’m allergic to cheese. I ordered the pasta and it came out completely bland, so I asked if there was anything they could do. He took it back and said there was no butter, which was confusing because I never said anything about butter. I only said I couldn’t have cheese. It came back with butter and was still just as bland. I honestly wasn’t even going to say anything and was planning to take it home and add salt/flavor myself, but the waiter came back and asked if it was okay. I said it was still pretty flavorless, so he took it off the bill. Then the manager came over and asked what was wrong with it. I said it was still very bland, and he literally scoffed, rolled his eyes, and stomped away. Since I didn’t have a meal, my friend offered me her last two slices of pizza. I scraped the cheese off and ate them. The manager then came back huffing and puffing and said, “Did you just eat the slice with cheese??” in such a rude and condescending tone. It didn’t feel like concern for my allergy at all. It felt like he was accusing me of lying. I left hungry, embarrassed, and so disappointed. Save yourself the trip and go to Evelina instead.”
