Created in partnership with HAND Hospitality and NA:EUN Hospitality, SEOUL SALON was inspired from the salons of Europe which blossomed arts and culture through the gathering of diverse minds across creative communities. SEOUL SALON is the reimagining of that energy in NYC, representing the social culture of modern Seoul through the ‘SOOL JIB’ culture. www.seoulsalon.nyc @seoulsalon.nyc 28 W 33rd St. New York, NY 10001 / Between 5th & 6th Reservations suggested, walk-ins accepted based on availability at both the bar & dining room. “Such an amazing experience at Seoul Salon! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, but what truly made the night special was the incredible service from the team. Nathan, Josh, Simon, and Jen all went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The bartenders were knowledgeable, friendly, and made some of the best drinks. Their energy and attention to detail really elevated the entire experience. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and it made the evening feel memorable and personal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for outstanding food, exceptional cocktails, and top-tier hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!”
“Seoul Salon feels like our second home so much that we've made it our weekly date night spot. The food is delicious with a great spread of Korean pub fare, but the drinks are what really set this place apart. The cocktail menu is a hidden gem with drinks inspired by different regions of Korea. The Bacchus Bomb is our go-to pick me up, built around an energy drink that gives it a fun little kick, and the Leatherpresso Factory is a slightly sweeter take on an espresso martini that is incredibly well balanced. Both are must orders. Beyond the specialty cocktails, the bartenders are fantastic at classics too and, if nothing on the menu is calling you, they'll happily make you something based on what you're in the mood for. On the food side, the fried chicken never disappoints, the grilled tteokgalbi and mala pork sliders are an absolute must, and the rose tteokbokki with gimmari is something we find ourselves craving between visits. We usually sit at the bar but the dining room is a great time too. Anytime friends visit us in the city, this is where we bring them. It works for everyone and has never once let us down. More than anything though, the staff genuinely makes you feel taken care of. That's what keeps us coming back every single week!”
“The drinks and food were both incredibly delicious. My bestie and I visited on a Friday night and tried a mix of seasonal and signature cocktails. Each drink was flavorful, well balanced, and thoughtfully made. The food was equally impressive—fresh, delicious, and nicely balanced in flavor, with a great mix of sweetness and saltiness. It’s a wonderful place to come with friends for great drinks, good food, and a relaxed conversation. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely come back.”
“Walk in dinner for two on a weekend evening. We tried a few different things - the soy scallop was fantastic but we both thought a tiny pinch more salt would’ve really blown it out of the park. This was also the first time I had jokbal in a while and it was delicious - it’s a huge platter and more than we could finish between the two of us so we ended up taking it home. Not sure about the cocktails - my friend didn’t like the drink she got and thought it was pretty unbalanced, but they have an interesting beer selection. It’s a cute spot for a girls night.”
“Every winter I waited for their special Yellowtail Platte, its very good deal with full plate of fresh cut yellowtail (which is absolutely delicious), side dishes, three different sources, salad and rice or porridge. The quality just amazing. Other dishes at this place also very good, potato chips, mala pork sliders, and the special Myung Jak fruit wine, we were happy with everything we ordered. Run and make the reservation now before the seasonal special dish gone.”
