“Very disappointing experience. We booked a table for five on Saturday night, but when we arrived, there was no table or chairs available, despite many walk-ins standing and having wine. The manager didn’t seem to care much and repeatedly offered us an outdoor table—even though it was -8°C and snowing. After waiting 10 minutes for a solution (without an apology or real concern), we decided to leave and went to another wine bar nearby. Won’t be returning.”
