“What an incredible brunch experience. The prix fixe brunch menu was absolutely fantastic. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The real standout - the bloody marys. I'm not exaggerating when I say they were the best any of us have ever had. Whatever they're doing with their recipe, it's perfection. And they had ~5 to choose from. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. One of our friends was running quite late, which we knew would impact their kitchen turnover, but the staff was incredibly gracious and accommodating about it. They made us feel welcome rather than rushed, which speaks volumes about their hospitality. From the food to the drinks to the genuinely kind service, Noortwyck delivered on every level. This is the kind of place that makes you want to become a regular. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an outstanding brunch spot!”
“The agnolotti and the linguine were absolutely delicious, much more than I had expected and surprisingly one of the better pasta dishes I've had in the city. Service was very attentive and helpful. It's a beautiful space in the middle of the West Village, with indoor and outdoor seating for parties of all sizea. You really cannot go wrong with this spot.”
“Went this place to celebrate end of the year/new year. Atmosphere was fabulous and all staffs were very attentive. Loved their appetizers such as seeded Parker house, caviar, and beet salad(it was in perfection). Though, was not impressed by main entree. Ordered pork chop and bass and pork chop was too salty for my taste. Bass fish was better. Maybe next time I will try their wellington. I tried Lavender Riot Spritz and it was well made. Overall, I would give an another try for different entree in the future.”
“Service was relaxed, in a good way. I didn’t have the prefix, it didn’t have the things I wanted to try. The table next to me did have it and it looked good. I had the rigatoni carbonara and it was delicious. The oysters were amazing. And the cardamom honey toast with pineapple marmalade was the best French toast I ever had. The room is beautiful and staff friendly. I would have loved to be offered some fresh parmigiana and pepper for my pasta. The cocktails were great too. I found the service a little inattentive. Our water glasses were never refilled. The tables around us were receiving good service so I’m not sure what was going on.”
“We came for “quick” (so we hoped) lunch/brunch on Sunday and it was a disaster. We waited for our food for more than 1 hour and we came before the place got packed. Service was slow, our server was hiding from us in the kitchen, the hostess that was standing in from of us not even once checked on our table. No sorry from a manager, from nobody!! This place deserves one star because they do not know what customer service is at all. Not going to comment anything on a food because I can’t recommend this place to anyone”
