“At the bar... Im going to start with: the food was awesome sauce. So good!!! Wanted tip the kitchen, but had no cash. The bar... and only the bar review. Yeah, honestly, it wasnt the best. I thought about how best to describe it. I think it would have been more like being in the hospital. Thats the vibe and talk that the bartender put out. Just got the dinner plate put on the table, the bartender was right there and asked, "how is everything?" Lolol bloody hell, I only looked at my plate. Not sure if they were short staffed or behind cleaning duties, the bartender was gone a lot of times, somewhere. And I did see the bartender doing a lot of prep work and cleaning. The bartender did have a helper. The helper just stood by the dishwasher the whole time wiping the glasses dry, lost in space somewhere. I tried a mocktail and a cocktail. Yeah, nah mate, the balance of both drinks were off. Yeah, disappointed actually, in a depressing way. Now to end it... the food was amazing!!! I wish I could have tipped the kitchen. I hope everything is okie with the bartender. Maybe an off day.”

“I usually go to their Lancaster location that provides phenomenal service. That's why I decided to visit another location while I was in the area. The stark difference in quality is significant. The North Wales location butternut squash is not as smooth, more garlicky, not squashy. Not to mention this is what is charged for burnt " brioche". That is burnt on both portions. No rectification. Broken trust. I'm not coming back. Would not recommend.”
