“Best service and best food! I am so thrilled to give this review. I was on a work trip in the area, staying at the hotel around the corner. I tried the meat lovers pizza for lunch on my first day and it was so good I came back 3 times on a 3 day trip. Every time the wait staff remembered us and remembered what we ordered last time and were so nice. They were the perfect amount of welcoming and I felt like a regular that had been coming for years. My wife was back home and thought it was hilarious that I kept going back for the same food, but it was worth it and I loved it so much I decided to get a baseball jersey for her as a gift and she loves it. 5 stars is not enough, this experience honestly made my trip awesome and I'll never forget it. Thank you so much! You all are running that place perfectly! If you are in Omaha you have to eat here and get the pizza, I guarantee you will come back for more.”
“I had the Philly and actually was telling the owner it was the best Philly I've ever had. Well seasoned onion and green pepers cooked and chopped to perfection. The bread was delicious. The meat well seasoned. Nice cheese pull. Mixed drink was ice cold. Will come again. Great service and great food.”
“One of the best sports bars I've been to. Huge TV's, good food and the server was great. Reminded me of a sports book in Vegas.”
“Service was mediocre at best. 6pm on a Friday night and the place was maybe at 5% capacity. No reason service was so inconsistent. Sometimes drinks ran empty, but at one point our waitress brought me another beer without asking if I wanted another. I was only maybe halfway done with the one I had. So weird. Food was actually fantastic. The Rangoon fries were really good. LIF burger was a little bland, but it was still good. Wife’s chicken sandwich was crispy and fresh. All the live MLB, NBA, and NHL games were on which was awesome.”
“I had a lovely evening planned to watch some baseball and football on a Sunday night, which went well until I got to Let It Fly. After we were seated, our waitress asked for our order. We ordered two appetizers and asked for them to be staggered. Just three minutes later, our waitress returned and said, "It’s been long enough. What do you want to order?" So, after having already put in our appetizer order (which we had not yet received), we were forced to order our entrees. Minutes passed, and a pepperoni pizza came out; I had ordered a veggie one. We waited longer and finally received the correct pizza, but still no appetizer. A few minutes later, my friend's entree arrived, also without his appetizer. On top of everything, the DirecTV stream kept cutting out. Then, I found a piece of wood in my remade pizza. I guess it’s wood fired. Nice way to find out I guess. Consider sweeping the oven as I’ve never experienced that from numerous experiences at wood fired pizza restaurants. (Photo attached) My waitress asked if I wanted a water refill, and I said yes, please. The refill arrived 10 minutes later. When we finished our meals and were ready to pay, the Toast payment terminal wasn't working. Our server then said, “Oh, I think I forgot you guys ordered two appetizers.” Maybe the employees are just lost. The 3% credit card surcharge is NOT made apparent. With a new payment terminal (The one that I’m being charged 3% to use), our waitress was breathing down my neck while I tried to pay for my meal and fill out the survey. Essentially, everything that could have gone poorly, did. Would I recommend this restaurant from our experience here? No. Want to overpay to see the Super Bowl? Okay. Make a reservation online. But don’t expect much, if any”
