“Oxford has the vibe of authenticity. Saint Leo exemplifies this. With delightful Italian food, a thoughtful cocktail, wine and beer menu, and lovely atmosphere, coming here early in any visit will immerse you in Oxford’s best. We happened in on a summer evening without a reservation to have a drink and light dinner at the bar. We were lucky 🍀— Note: Make a reservation online ahead of time. They do not take reservations on the “day of.” We put in our name and ordered drinks outside on the patio. It is set up for drinks. Water is provided. As we watched people the time sped by. We were led to the bar where several friendly bar servers took thorough care of us. I had Spoken West Chardonnay. Spouse had a Rose. We ordered White Beans appetizer. They came in a pottery bowl and were so delicious we continued eating them with house salads and through the order of a Margherita Pizza. We did not order dessert or after dinner drinks but we were sorely tempted. Anytime we return to Oxford, we will head here to get relaxed in the comforts and spoils of Oxford. Thank you Saint Leo.”

“We very much enjoyed our meal. The grilled bread is delicious and the brussels sprouts were amazing. I ordered the most popular salad, the chopped salad. I’m more of a purist so I wouldn’t order that again. No flavors stood out on their own and potentially there was an over abundance of cheese. However, the server asked for my true opinion. The staff did everything possible to rectify the situation, including encouraging me to order a different plate. I declined and they still brought us a fabulous treat. I highly recommend a visit here.”

“We came for brunch on a Saturday and ordered three excellent dishes: - Bacon Jam & Calabrian Chili Honey Pizza – Exceptional flavor, crispy, and well balanced - Mountain of Fries – While I’m partial to the thicker variety, these thin fries were top-notch. And it was truly a hulking mountain of fries! - Avocado toast – One of the best we’ve ever tried So we loved the food and the service was exceptional. And it was also very affordable – before tipping, we paid $61 for a three-person meal (3 entrées, only water). This is the best dining experience we’ve had in Mississippi so far. Highly recommended!”

“When I walked in, my candle wasn’t lit like everyone else which felt very upsetting. After waiting around fifteen minutes, the issue was solved. Although that situation, the food was amazing. The restaurant’s atmosphere was a little loud and claustrophobic. The architecture is very beautiful in the restaurant.”
