Pearl & Mary is an oyster bar from the Schulson Collective. The menu highlights an extensive raw bar, crudo, and ceviche list as well as prepared sandwiches & dishes from meat to fish. Cocktails, much like the space, play off the classics with a focus on refreshing and bubbles, while the wine selections center around crisp, clean, and delicate flavors.
“Wonderful experience for my first time trying raw oysters. The mignonette was perfect. Deviled eggs, shrimp dumplings, and shrimp ceviche were all fantastic. I will be back! Oh and try the hibiscus spritz!”
“We had dinner here tonight and it was amazing. Our Server name was Kris and she did an awesome job. I ordered the Shrimp Cocktail and three raw oysters. My date ordered Salmon Crudo and the Chicken Sandwich. I tried a bit of both and they were delicious. The service is outstanding. The vibe is trendy. The entire experience was just wonderful. Reservations are recommended.”
“Brian is truly an exceptional bartender! 🍹 Food was extremely good, especially the crab spaghetti. The bartender did warn me that it was a little bit spicy, but I don't mind that – it had a nice smoky kick to it! 🌶️ I also had the lobster mac and cheese. A bit too creamy for me, but you can tell that it's definitely prepared to someone's liking. There was nothing wrong with it, just wasn't my cup of tea.”
“Great spot with affordable prices and amazing seafood options. I tried many of their dishes. The lobster Mac and cheese, crab toast, mahi mahi tacos, and branzino were highlights. Also enjoyed the pecan desert that they had. The fish and chips were disappointing. Partly due to the price cost and it tasted kinda bland. And chips were okay. The spinach dip had an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, could have been better.”
“This place is a must-try, especially for happy hour! The deals on seafood are amazing—think $1 oysters and shrimp that are super fresh. And seriously, don't skip the cocktails; they're delicious and perfectly mixed. Our bartender, Brian, was awesome. He was friendly, sharp, and made sure we never had to wait for a thing. The place definitely fills up and gets a great, busy vibe as the night goes on, so if you're not planning on just grabbing a seat at the bar, you'll want to book a table ahead of time. My one small complaint is that the two single-stall unisex bathrooms can create a bit of a wait, but it's a minor detail in an otherwise great night out.”
