“Victor’s is quintessential Provincetown dining. From the moment you walk in, the restaurant feels special. The space is beautiful, and we were lucky enough to sit on the outdoor patio, which made for a perfect evening. Even without a reservation, we were seated surprisingly quickly. We were greeted by Beau from Bolivia, who was an outstanding server throughout the meal. He was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. The cocktails were fantastic—especially the White Cranberry Martini, which is an absolute must-order. To start, we shared the fish tacos and a salad, both of which were fresh and delicious. For our mains, we ordered the sizzling steak, which was cooked perfectly, along with the scallop risotto. The scallop risotto was the standout of the evening and easily one of the best dishes we had during our trip. From the food and cocktails to the service and atmosphere, everything was excellent from beginning to end. Victor’s delivered exactly the kind of dining experience you hope for in Provincetown, and we’ll definitely be back on our next visit.”

“I had dinner here tonight, and as a New York tourist who’s quite spoiled by great food, I can honestly say this place was outstanding. The tuna tartare was incredibly fresh one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The oysters were absolutely excellent. And the scallop risotto… I don’t even know how to describe it if God were cooking, this would probably be on the menu. Truly exceptional. The only dish that didn’t quite work for me was the cod, but that’s really a matter of personal taste. Service was fantastic fast, attentive, and very professional. The staff is also genuinely beautiful, which somehow adds to the whole experience. The decor is stylish, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I was especially impressed that the cod was removed from the bill without me even asking I simply mentioned that I didn’t love it, and they handled it immediately. That level of care really stands out. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommend.”
