Kruse and Muer in the Village is a Seafood restaurant in the The Village of Rochester Hills neighborhood of Rochester Hills.
“Absolutely amazing food, we got pizza (black olives, and pepperoni) and a medium Martha's Vineyard salad w/ Raspberry walnut vinaigrette. *CHEFS KISS* I can't wait to dine in. I was doing a lot of research on restaurants who use local non-processed ingredients, Kruse & Muer HIT THE SPOT 20/10.”
“Food was very delicious. Service was just as spectacular as my servers facial hair (ask for Jeff). Last but not least, there is a difference between a bathroom and a restroom… Kruse and Muer has the latter. Well done.”
“This OG Kruse & Muer Gem has stood the test of time at that exact location for(my memory) almost 35-40!years they demolished the Former Meadowbrook Mall & k&M still stands. The fresh bread/ white paper cover kids used to draw over during dinner- the absolute best Seafood & Soups & bread/pizza you could ask for.. long live This Location.”
“I dined here last month, absolutely loved it. Location-wise this is wonderful as it is near my job, and has lots of parking, plus shopping. Our server was fantastic, she explained the menu well and assisted us with our drink choices. I loved the food. Pasta was fantastic, as was my soup. Drinks were good, not too strong for a Monday night. Restaurant was packed, rightfully so as the service and menu are great, will definitely be back again soon!”
“The food here is genuinely good, which is the only reason this place still has any stars from me. Because the customer service? An absolute embarrassment. I called to place a carry out order and was greeted with the audacity of someone who answered the phone like I had personally ruined her life by calling. The irritation wasn't subtle. It was dripping. I'm a paying customer placing a simple order, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience from the first syllable. Let me be crystal clear, customer service is not a side effect of your job. It is your job. If you cannot perform the bare minimum function of being civil to the people keeping your restaurant in business, you have no business being the face, or voice, of it. Find a new job that suits you better. To management, this is a you problem too. Because either you don't know this is happening, or you do and you don't care. Neither is a good look.”
