Mimmo’s 30A Ristorante Italiano is an Italian restaurant in the Santa Rosa Beach neighborhood of Santa Rosa Beach.
“My family and I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mimmo’s 30A. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and authentic. The restaurant strikes the perfect balance between upscale dining and a relaxed beach-town vibe, making it a great place for both a special occasion and a casual night out. The food was phenomenal. Every dish was prepared perfectly, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can tell there is a real passion for quality ingredients and authentic Italian cuisine. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly set this experience apart was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit memorable. We never felt rushed, our drinks stayed full, and every recommendation was spot on. If you’re visiting 30A and looking for incredible Italian food, outstanding service, and a wonderful atmosphere, I highly recommend Mimmo’s 30A. It was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had on the Emerald Coast, and we can’t wait to come back. 5 stars all the way!”
“We had such a nice dinner at Mimmo’s on 30A. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was creamy and comforting, and the grouper special was fresh and cooked just right. We shared the tiramisu to finish, and it was the perfect ending. Robert made us feel really welcome—so friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Just an all-around great experience, and we’re looking forward to coming back.”
“One of my favorite places for Italian food on 30A. The food is consistently excellent, and every dish comes beautifully presented - almost like a piece of art. That's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The serving staff has always been welcoming, attentive, and pleasant. However, after many visits over the years, I've noticed that the hostess experience has consistently felt cold and unwelcoming. It's not about one particular person, but more of an overall first impression that never seems to match the quality of the restaurant. Another thing to keep in mind is that it gets extremely loud inside during dinner hours. If you're planning a date night or hoping for an easy conversation, I'd definitely recommend reserving a table outside. The food is outstanding and keeps me coming back, but a warmer welcome at the door would make the overall experience feel much more aligned with the quality of the restaurant.”
“We've dined here each time we visit the area and have always had an amazing experience. This time was a little different. The atmosphere was great and they were busy. The waitress was great but she was spread thin between many tables. When she did check in, she was on it. The food was not on par with the price. I sent my tough flat stringy chicken parm back and changed out for meatballs that weren't very good. My daughter's Chicken Alfredo was bland and the chicken seemed like it came precooked and heated up. The garlic knots, pizza and Nutella pizza were all great. They've gotten popular because of the amazing service and authentic food from the beginning. Im hoping they arent trading quality for profit as theyve grown. Hopefully the food quality was a one off. We will try again next time we're in town.”
“A Reliable Gem in the Area – Exceptional Pizzas and Standout Gnocchi Having visited this spot twice now—once for an alfresco dinner and once indoors—it’s clear why they are constantly busy. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming for families, and the service remains attentive even under the pressure of a full house. The Highlights: The Gnocchi Genova is a masterclass in rich flavors; the pistachio sauce paired with creamy burrata is heavy but undeniably indulgent. Their Pizza Rustica is equally impressive—light, airy dough with perfectly caramelized onions (though I’d recommend skipping the chicken to let the flavors shine). On our second visit, the Linguine Frutti di Mare with crushed tomatoes was a standout—fresh, balanced, and high-quality. Pistachio pizza must have. The Critique: While the Chicken Parmigiana and Piccata were technically well-executed on the second visit, the kitchen leans toward a very conservative seasoning profile. We found ourselves needing to add salt and pepper to bring the flavors to life. Additionally, while the Alfredo on visit one was a bit underwhelming, the kitchen showed much better protein consistency during the second, less-congested visit. Overall, this is a top-tier choice for group celebrations. I’ll definitely be back for the pizza. Some pictures of our second visit”
