“Noi Thai was one of the highlights of our trip to Seattle! The restaurant was within easy walking distance of our hotel, making it a very convenient choice for dinner. My friend made our reservation and mentioned that we were celebrating my birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it special. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend making a reservation. We had a 7:00 PM reservation on a Tuesday night, and the restaurant was absolutely packed—both inside and on the patio. Despite how busy they were, our server was quick, friendly, and offered excellent recommendations that helped us choose the perfect meal. The food was outstanding—delicious, beautifully prepared, and served in generous portions. As a vegetarian, I ordered a tofu dish that was incredibly flavorful and absolutely delicious. The pricing was about what I expected for the area and well worth it for the quality of the food and service. To top off an already wonderful evening, the staff surprised me with a birthday ice cream dessert and even presented me with a birthday card. It was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel truly celebrated. I cannot recommend Noi Thai enough. If you’re looking for amazing food, exceptional service, and a memorable dining experience in Seattle, this is the place to go.”
“I walked in with normal expectations, but this place completely blew me away. The roast duck curry was phenomenal—the duck was tender and the curry had the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The beef curry was just as impressive, with incredibly rich, deep flavors. If you’re looking for high-quality, authentic Thai, this is it.”
“A Perfect Lazy Afternoon Lunch at Noi Thai, Seattle We had a truly lovely experience at Noi Thai in downtown Seattle. The hospitality was warm, the ambience inviting, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. As vegetarians, we were delighted by the excellent selection of flavorful, authentic Thai dishes — every plate was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly spiced. Our family thoroughly enjoyed a relaxed, lazy afternoon lunch. Portion sizes were just right, the food tasted genuinely authentic, and the overall experience felt thoughtful and well curated. The location is fantastic too, making it an easy choice for both casual meals and special outings. Pro tip: If you enjoy Noi Thai, grab their Costco gift card — you can save up to 30%, which makes the experience even sweeter. A wonderful spot for anyone who loves fresh, authentic Thai cuisine with warm service and great value.”
“The service was excellent and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. The staff were attentive, friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt polished and upscale. However, the food was noticeably sweeter than expected. I was hoping for a more traditional Thai flavor profile — balanced, aromatic, with deeper spice and herb notes. Instead, many dishes leaned heavily toward sweetness, which took away from the authenticity I was looking forward to. Overall, it’s a nice dining experience with great service and ambiance, but if you’re expecting very traditional Thai flavors, you may find it slightly adjusted to a more American palate.”
“I wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars because the food and service were excellent. The dishes tasted authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The bar service from Phat and Karn was fantastic. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, I'm giving 3 stars because of my initial interaction with the young hostess (So****). When I walked in, she asked if I was open to sitting at the bar or if I wanted a table. I told her I preferred a table, and she simply responded that there were no tables available. She never offered a wait time or asked if I would be willing to wait for one. What made the interaction more frustrating was that while I was there, I overheard wait times being offered to guests who came in after me. That left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. That first interaction nearly caused me to leave. I'm glad I decided to stay because the food and service from the bar staff were outstanding, but first impressions matter. The initial greeting sets the tone for the entire dining experience, and in this case, it was disappointing. I understand that customer service can be stressful, but kindness and professionalism go a long way. If someone takes a customer-facing role, they should strive to provide a welcoming experience for every guest. I would encourage management to provide additional customer service training for front-of-house staff. A warmer, more attentive approach would better reflect the quality of the food and service offered by the rest of the team.”
