“What an incredible atmosphere- we ate outside but were shaded and it was breezy but not too windy. Can't wait til our next visit to try more dishes. There is so much unique flavor in every sauce - we could tell there's a chef who knows what they're doing back there!”

“This venue has a beautiful setting with indoor or outdoor seating. The iron skillet blue crab dip could have been an entree it was so good! My lobster Mac was delicious and my sister enjoyed the fish (cod) and chips. The service was slow, perhaps the server was new, because we noticed many inefficient steps and actions, we had to call him throughout our meal. Nevertheless, we will be back.”

“We had such a wonderful lunch experience at Riverhouse Waterfront Restaurant in Palmetto! We requested outdoor seating and were fortunate enough to get a table overlooking the marina and water. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what you hope for from a waterfront dining experience. The food was delicious, service was friendly and prompt, and everything was very clean, including the restrooms. One of the highlights was the fun taxi ride down the pier to the restaurant such a unique touch that made the visit even more memorable! The prices were very reasonable, and the outdoor patio seating was comfortable with beautiful marina views all around. If you’re anywhere near the area, I would absolutely recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner!”

“We had an excellent server, named Chanel. She was very attentive and friendly. She came to our table after being seated in about 2 minutes. Always checked back. Our out of town guess and we enjoyed our delicious entrees. The jambalaya, salmon, fish and chips, and the lobster macaroni we're fantastic. Leave room for dessert because the key lime pie was delicious. Highly recommend and will be back. The riverviews are fantastic, the sunsets are bonus. They too take reservations and highly recommend making them through their website. We actually got seated before our reservation time. Had a great evening!!”

“Family was in town visiting and wanted fresh oysters so this was the place they chose. The location is fantastic. It's a lovely walk down the pier to the restaurant surrounded with beautiful views. When the wind was blowing, the breeze felt great. We ordered oysters and the blue crab dip as appetizers. My brother chose the shrimp po boy, my mother chose the Atlantic salmon dish with vegetables and Spanish rice and I chose the blue crab crabcake sandwich. We shared a little of each dish and the consensus was the crabcake sandwich and the oysters being the star. The shrimp po boy was dry and lacked the remoulade sauce, needing to request more. The salmon was tasty but not worth the price by any means. Our waitress was friendly and polite making the experience positive and enjoyable. Overall we had a nice visit and the food was good though it was a bit too expensive for what we ultimately received.”
