“The Schooner Restaurant & Lounge was absolutely excellent. Wyatt knocked it out of the park with the service, and the food backed it up completely. The clams, calamari, and fish and chips were all amazing, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when stopping in for great seafood on the coast. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and we even caught some live music while we were there, which made the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and a great vibe all around. Definitely a spot worth visiting.”

“This place is so worth the stop! Theres and entrance for adults that goes the the bar and has some slots and lotto, and an entrance to the regular restaurant. The food was really good, and seems to be founded on very local ingredients. Highly recommend the cheese board and the clam chowder. Great staff, great view. I wish the patio area was open, with the fire table, when we visited but I really have no complaints. Worth the stop for sure.”

“Started with the clam chowder that tasted more like wild rice soup, clams were chewy. Cheeseburger was cooked as requested, salt pepper and maybe some paprika, good size burger. miso Glazed steelhead, tender cooked perfectly. Breaded fried oysters and fries, not overly breaded, some tender, some chewy. Sat by their pizza oven- best seat next to outside.”

“Everything was perfect! Loved that I was able to walk my toddler out by the water and play some of the games they have outside as he was overstimulated by our morning trip already. Our food was delicious. We had the crab Mac and cheese, clam chowder, oysters, a salad and my toddlers each had a kids pizza. However, when we paid, the server came back and said that she couldn’t get my card to work, so I ended up paying cash. The next day my card was also still processing and by fourth day the transaction had gone through. I ended up paying my bill twice at that point. I then called later in the week and they couldn’t hear me multiple times. I kept calling but no answer. I then waited and called a week later and finally got a hold of someone and mentioned that I had paid cash, got my receipt for paying cash and my card had eventually gone through. They immediately refunded me but money didn’t go into the bank until another 4 days later. I appreciate their kindness and willingness. :)”

“A nice place to dine on the Coast. We sat out on the patio area, which had propane patio heaters that kept us cozy. We split a cup of clam chowder. Yummy! Fish and chips were tasty, as was the shrimp Po Boy sandwich. A bit pricey, if you are looking for a casual place to eat on the Coast.”
