Sushi Momo

“I will try to keep this as short as possible because I really need people to know how outstanding this restaurant is from all angles. I had tried Sushi Momo in Quebec before, and I was delighted to see that they had expanded to Toronto. They have the best sushi I have had in my life. Even before going vegan, the sushi I had was never this satisfying, filling, and delicious. I highly recommend the Mr. Crunch, and Big M rolls. I go this Sushi Momo at least once a month and I often order takeout. This is how I became acquainted with Brandon, the manager of the place. He is genuinely the kindest person I have met. It is clear he has a great passion to make the atmosphere as welcoming as possible, and ensures you have a stellar dining experience. He often makes his own creative and delicious dishes like hot sauces, and pickled vegetables and lets my boyfriend and I try some. Brandon is one of the most sincere souls I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He isn't doing this job for the money, he earnestly has a passion for good food, and customer service. Seriously, if you have a problem with Brandon, you have a problem with me. I will always be a loyal customer here. TLDR: The food is amazing, best sushi I have ever had. Brandon is the best manager ever with a genuine passion to ensure you have the best dining experience.”

“We had a great experience here! We came here last year to celebrate an event, and came again this week to celebrate our anniversary. The food is amazing, beautifully prepared. The service was wonderful. Our server Brendan was very nice, described the dishes as they came, and even got us desserts for our celebration. 100% recommend, and we will be coming back again to celebrate more in the future!”

“Went here for my 29th Birthday with my Girlfriend. She came here on NYE and they told her they'd give her a free round of drinks because the service was as little slow and they recognized her when we got there and honored it which was a great surprise. We go 4 different sushi rolls hat were delicious and filling. still tastes like traditional sushi even though all the ingredients are vegan. The best part was that in the reservation my GF mentioned it was my birthday and they provided 2 suprise deserts on the house. really happy with the dinner here. Def go if you want a cute affordable date night. would reccomend!!”

“We've been wanting to try this vegan sushi restaurant for a while now, and we finally wer able to go. We went on a rainy Saturday. We had a reservation and were inmediately seated with the menus already displayed. Since we came during happy hour, we chose some items from the happy hour menu and the regular menu. We started with the yasai which is a brocoli tempura and yuzu based drink (forgot the name). Then we had the Gyu and the kamikaze. All the food were delicious. Will definitely go back!”

“The food was very good overall. The staff were friendly, though not outstanding. The gyoza and broccoli tempura were very good, and the 911 rolls were excellent. The other vegan rolls were creative, but offered a bit less variety in flavor. Overall a very good experience.”
