“Amazing experience at Philippe Chow. The food was excellent especially the pork dumplings, Peking duck, crispy beef, and delicious chicken. Everything came out perfect, including dessert. What really made the night stand out was the service. Andy was honestly one of the best servers we’ve had and Bruno went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You can tell they really care about the guests here. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in DC. We also came during jazz night which made the atmosphere even better.”

“This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I’ll admit I was a little skeptical after finding the ad on social media for Moët & Satay. However, I figured it would be an interesting date night regardless. The night started off with a few items being sold out, but our hostess, Meenakshi “Mena,” quickly stepped in, explained everything, offered alternative options, and even shared some of her personal favorites. Last but not least, senior management, George, was great. He checked on us throughout the visit, from the time we arrived until the time we left. What made the experience even better was seeing a manager actively engage with patrons, address customer suggestions and concerns, and make sure everything went smoothly.The hospitality was truly 10/10, and the food was so scrumptious that I had to save some for later. I definitely commend the staff and the establishment. I can’t wait to visit again! “Had a great experience at Philippe by Philippe Chow. From the moment we sat down, the service stood out. Camilo was our server and he was fantastic. Attentive, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We ordered the glazed spare ribs, sesame chicken, and nine seasons spicy prawns, and everything was really flavorful and well prepared. Every dish hit. The entire staff, including the team bringing out food and clearing the table, was friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is also a big part of the experience. The space has a really nice vibe, and even the bathrooms are thoughtfully designed and add to the overall feel of the restaurant. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.”

Our servers Camilo and Anderson went above and beyond—attentive without being overbearing, genuinely caring, and always right on time when we needed something. What really stood out was their personality. They were naturally funny in a way that made the whole table relax and enjoy the moment even more. It wasn’t forced; it was the kind of light humor that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. “I went to Philippe Chow for a friend’s birthday celebration and it was absolutely lovely. We did the Golden Tasting Experience and the food was delicious but what really stood out was the service. Our server’s name was Victor and there wasn’t a moment where our glasses were empty or that we needed anything. Victor and his team took great care of us. We were a party of 7 and Victor was very attentive and gladly accommodated our requests. This was the best service I’ve received in some time and I will definitely be returning and recommending Philippe Chow to friends and family, especially with Victor as their server.”
