“So I have been hindered with a lot of food I cannot eat. They’re not allergies, but the manager and staff at Cape Fear did amazing with the request I made to make sure I really enjoyed my meal. Food was tasty even with restrictions. The manager informed me that they take allergies and food restrictions seriously. Really great customer service!”

“No pressure service yet still prompt and ready to get your order on a moments notice. Didn't let empty dishes linger for long at all and got the check fantasticly fast without helicopter crowding us! (Server Tyler K) My wife and I ordered the crab dip as an appetizer and was out in about 5 minutes or less. The bread is fantastic crunchy on the outside with a soft center. Flavors in the dip are a wonderful strong, while mellow, zest mixed with a bit of lingering savoryness. Also ordered the shrimp pasta Diablo which has a smooth flavor with a hint of spice. The figure 8 stuffed flounder is a very well cleaned fish with an explosion of flavor inside the center! Rice is too dry but green beans were well cooked and spiced tomatoes were tasty indeed. Will definitely be revisiting this place as a new favorite.”

“Walked in around noon and was seated immediately. Yet, you can call and make reservations. The service was friendly. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Our rockstar server(Kristin) helped me decide between between the two items on the menu I was debating on. I went wish fish tacos and the portion size was huge and it was absolutely delicious! I could have easily shared with one other person. Would highly recommend for a date night or adult gathering. We will absolutely plan another date brunch here again.”

“Very busy Saturday, to avoid the 1/2 hour wait we sat at the bar. Super helpful - and friendly bartender was quick to get us a draft beer and the menus. Nice red ale, local NC brewery, was an excellent recommendation. Interesting menu, and the bartender explained many of the signature dishes. We decided on the Seared Ahi Appetizer, the Crab Bisque and the Lump Crab sliders. Ahi app was truly amazing, and the slaw it came with was also wonderful. The bisque was excellent, on the 10 best list! Sliders were very moist and nicely done, thought it needed just a bit more bistro sauce but my wife loved it! This place is tucked in the back of a shopping strip but by the looks of the wait line, it is well known in the area. Definitely a must try if you're around the area. Amazing looking dishes kept flying by out of the kitchen. Will go back for sure! And thanks to the excellent bartender too!”
