“There is misunderstanding with our reservation, but once it was brought to the managers attention, it was quickly resolved. Kristina was our server and she was nothing short of perfection. Her personality, knowledge, and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. This was our second time eating at this restaurant within a week, the food both times were amazing. We only had dessert the second time but tried them all and they were delicious. We will be back.”
“We had a wonderful dining experience last night. Every dish prepared by Chef Ryan was absolutely incredible — thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully executed. We started with several appetizers: burrata, sweet potato ravioli, fried cauliflower, tuna tataki, and beef tartare. Each one was outstanding and set the tone for the rest of the meal. For the main course, we ordered the half chicken, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. To finish, we enjoyed two desserts: the olive oil cake and the espresso crème brûlée. The crème brûlée, in particular, was impressive and truly memorable. On top of the amazing food, the service made the experience even better. Our server, Mehdi, was excellent — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the night. Thank you to the entire staff and everyone who interacted with us for such a lovely experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back.”
“We came here with my boyfriend and every dish that arrived competed with the previous one for the top spot. I had barely left and I was already wanting to come back. The beef tartare is simply outstanding, and the tuna tataki was equally impressive. The burrata was a solid 10/10. Chef Ryan truly knows what he’s doing, and it shows in every single flavor. The chicken was exceptional: confit thighs paired with a yogurt-marinated breast, beautifully executed. The crème brûlée with espresso is an absolute must. The fried cauliflower; and the sweet potato ravioli were also incredible and are two excellent vegetarian options. Special mention to Medhi for the excellent service. He guided us through the entire experience with great recommendations. Thank you as well to Francisco for his support throughout the evening, which truly elevated the experience”
“Food: I have tried many Mediterranean restaurants in nyc, this is def not the best, some of the dishes are unauthentic. I would only recommend the mussels, really uniquely flavored and delicious. The sweet potato ravioli is a bit too salty, and the bbq lamb gyro is not good. Drinks: drinks are great, highly recommend the mulled wine and the beer hazy ipa. Service: slow service, the restaurant is crowded and understaffed. Atmosphere: good atmosphere, more upscale presentation than golden eagle across the street.”
“Unfortunately our group of 6 adults did not have the best experience here. The food was average overall especially for the prices . Two of us ordered the pork chop which was fine (3 rating). Two ordered the pasta (they said 4 rating), one orders the scallops (3.5) one ordered the salmon which was terrible (1.5 rating). The salmon was warm and cooked on the outside, cold and raw on the inside. They did remove this from our bill and they did comp us two desserts (creme Brûlée and olive oil cake). The service really struggled. It wasn’t crowded but our server was hit and miss in availability. He was nice though . The bill was a disaster. We ordered two appetizers but they didn’t have mussels so we just got one of them. However they charged us for both. Took a while to get the server to fix the bill. When they adjusted the bill, they left the tip they added without reducing the amount of the removed item. The whole situation felt like an unnecessary fiasco as it was 3 times on a back and forth and a little embarrassing. The outdoor atmosphere seems much better than the inside. We were inside and there was nothing at all special about the inside. Feels a bit like a basic hotel restaurant/diner.. No real personality. The bathroom was nicely decorated. There were six of us who booked this reservation after our Zach’s Cabin reservation was cancelled. We had to give a credit card and a no show would cost us $50/person if we didn’t cancel 48 hours in advance. We couldn’t get in until 7:15 which is a bit late for us so we expected it to be pretty busy. We hung out in the village head of our reservation and it definitely had many open tables early so call then and don’t book online to try to get the time you wants I just can’t recommend this restaurant”
