Then came the CITRUS CURED PORK TARTARE with egg yolk, which honestly felt illegal in at least three states. Bright citrus, silky pork, that egg yolk breaking open like a perfectly timed play-action pass. Mentally? I was gone. Spiritually? Ascended. This dish plays like a five-star quarterback who knows the defense before the snap. It’s bold, confident, and slightly disrespectful—incredible vibes. The butter beans showed up next and somehow turned into the most dependable player on the roster. Calm. Smooth. Sneaky elite. These are your veteran linebackers—quiet all game, then you look at the stat sheet and realize they dominated. No chaos, just control. They grounded the whole experience before my brain fully left the stadium. Then the ham bun arrived, and this is where things got reckless 😂. Simple on paper, devastating in execution. Warm, savory, comforting—but still dangerous. This is smash-mouth Notre Dame football. Line up, run it straight at you, dare you to stop it. You won’t. The cheese plate closed it out like a fourth-quarter drive that chews eight minutes off the clock. Each cheese felt like a different position group—sharp, funky, creamy, aggressive. No weak links. At this point, I’m staring at the table like a coach reviewing game film thinking, “Yeah… we cooked.” The whole night felt like the future of Notre Dame Fighting Irish football if everything breaks right. Calm when needed, unhinged when allowed. Heisman moments sprinkled in casually like it’s no big deal. Concord doesn’t just serve food—it runs a no-huddle offense on your brain. You’re confused, thrilled, slightly overwhelmed, and smiling the whole time. Nothing misses. Nothing apologizes. Everything believes it’s the best thing on the table—and somehow, it’s right. The perfect spot to get together and catch up with friends over super exclusive and exciting bottles of wine. Fresh bread, quality cheese/charcuterie, confit garlic and vegetarian options lite up the menu - and I can't wait to explore more. White the space is an extremely cozy place to spend a chilly winter evening, I'm already excited about the Summertime sidewalk patio sipping. Let the fun begin!!!”
