French & Italian small plates inspired by the island of Corsica. Coastal. Easy. Alive.
“We came to Corsica to celebrate our wedding anniversary as it’s one of our favorites places in RiNo. Our server Lundyn was incredible from start to finish, we trusted him with a food and wine pairing for our meal and everything he and the kitchen staff brought us was delicious. They made us feel special from the second we sat down to the moment we left. Managers James, Brandon and Vince came to our table a few times to make sure we loved everything. Everyone was so kind and provided great service throughout. We’ve been several times now and I always love to get the Beef Bavette and we really loved their new seasonal Lemon Bucatini. I also appreciate their extensive tea, coffee and dessert cocktail menu. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable, we love sitting at their booths so there’s plenty of room for all the small plates. We’ll definitely be back again and can’t appreciate everyone enough for our dinner”
“Went in on a Sunday night with 5 people and were sat in a corner booth. This place is wonderful! It feels like you are sitting at your best friend’s dining table in their cool, Tuscan inspired styled house. It feels intimate and yet it has a good amount of seating! The server (Matthew) was a total sweetheart and we had the best night. Sunday night was bottle of wine happy hour so we got bottles half off. Which made them very affordable! We ordered a bunch of share plates and it was just divine. Great chats with the servers and ourselves. Would definitely recommend for small groups and we will be back! With our 5 people a couple of cocktails, half off bottles of wine x2 and 6 share plates, the ricotta toast was scrumptious and the pasta (rigatoni and gemelli) were perfect sharing options, same with the bread. It was so reasonably priced at $50 per person with tax and tip. Loved it.”
“A great date night or girls night atmosphere. Catch happy hour weeknights until 6pm for a deal on wine, sangria, and a handful of apps. Matthew is an attentive, kind, and fabulous server that took great care of our table. Will continue to be a staple favorite for a weeknight go to. Fav dishes: arancini, philo feta, tuna carpaccio.”
“My second time at Corsica, and it just keeps getting better and better! Such an experience— an amazing wine list, fantastic food options, and impeccable service!! Definitely my favorite place in Denver!”
“Had a great brunch here, which is a rarity for us in Denver. The atmosphere is sort of upscale but homey and warm at the same time. Drinks were killer and unique. We got a ton of small plates. Particular favorites were the ricotta toast, the gigante beans, and the fritteli (little donuts). We’ll be back!”
