There is so much more to this place than bubbles served in coupes. If you are champagne-curious, this is absolutely the place to get a flight of bubbles. Learn more about champagne and see if you unlock a new passion! If champagne isn't your thing, don't fret. The mixologists here will serve you expertly crafted cocktails from their creative menu or you can ask them to create something for you based on your flavor profile! We did both, and wow were we impressed. Need a bite? GET ONE. Not only were the small bar bites incredibly crafted (caviar on a house made chicken nugget?!), but every burger that passed by us made my stomach grumble. Almost canceled our dinner reservations to eat that. Go try this place out! You won't be disappointed!”

“My experience was different than Ariel. We were at the same event and I’m not white. The group was mixed races/ethnicities and the alumni leads two Black women (one of them being me who is also Hispanic) gave the direction to order drinks at the bar because the university covered the cost of light bites only. Overall everyone had a great experience and at no point did I nor my friend of color feel ignored. The staff was amazing and inclusive because I could tell that some are part of the LGBTQ+ community.”

“Loved getting to taste actual Champagne options and learn about them. You can purchase by the bottle, glass or flight. There are full cocktails options as well so you don’t have to drink just champagne. Options to reserve soft seating areas feel semi private. Otherwise there is plenty of bar seating, tables and booths. The bathrooms are even amazing too. I highly recommend the experience. Perfect to celebrate special occasions.”

“We stopped in for drinks and apps before dinner and really enjoyed it! We had shrimp cocktail which was delicious, if a little difficult to eat at a lounge table. The drinks were delicious (martini and afternoon in Paris) and the venue itself is beautiful! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area!”
