Deerfield Ranch Winery in known for making wines that are low in sulfites and low in histamines. Our 23,000 sq. ft. cave, where we make and barrel age our wine, is located in the heart of the Sonoma Valley. Our tasting room is in the center of the cave where you can relax on a sofa and taste world-class wines while learning about our clean winemaking process. Deerfield prides itself in being green. We compost 100% of our production waste and recycle 98% of production wastewater to use for irrigation. We are restoring 14 acres of the last remaining Kenwood Wetlands, a wildlife habitat, located on the winery property. Our Estate Vineyards are sustainably farmed and certified organic.
