The restaurant's concept is based on shared plates in order to experience a wider range of flavors. Each dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared to perfection with an excellent combination of tastes and textures. Being a chocolatelover I especially loved the dessert : La Dame Blanche with salted chocolate sauce. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the open kitchen, where you can see the chefs preparing the meals, adds to the nice atmosphere. Definitely a place you need to check out when in Ghent!”
