“I am very much into cocktails, and this is my favorite spot in Wilmington. They go out of their way to make off menu curated drinks suited to your interests. Bree always has a smile as she welcomes you in and provides great service. Well worth the annual $25 fee to have access to this place. The vibe is great, prices are fair. Our new go to pre-dinner drink place.”

“I would give them 10 stars if I could. Any time my husband and I want to take friends somewhere awesome for drinks, this is the place! The service is exceptional! They absolutely go above and beyond in making their guests feel special by creating cocktails unique to each person's tastes. The skills of the bartenders are unmatched, and the house made ingredients they use are always delicious. Whether you want a classic cocktail or something made especially for you, this is the place to get it!”

“This is was a pleasant surprise to finally have the opportunity to visit and experience this exclusive, laid back speak easy. Intimate and thoughtfully laid out. Immediately upon entry we were greeted by our wait staff which we later found out was the manager. We started our first round with a cachaca and old Cuban. Boozy not overpowering and the taste of spirit was almost non existent, be careful lol. Both floral and not only just entice the taste buds. The next two rounds were managers choice. Both only had a base spirit as the starting point. I highly recommended allowing these talented artists the space to create, and to enhance your experience. 10/10 recommended.”

“Membership Cocktail Club. While recently vacationing in Wilmington we stumbled upon this unassuming facade of a little place called Earnest Money & Sons. With a fondness for craft cocktails and an attraction to unique venues we were fortunate enough to be allowed to sit at the bar and have a cocktail at this establishment although we aren’t members (very appreciative). Inside is small and intimate with only a handful of small tables and a few barstools surrounding the bar. One bartender, and one waitress. All drinks are made to order. The menu lists every “typical” cocktail you can think of from Negroni to margaritas to old fashioned and sazeracs. Eyedroppers, herbs, and accoutrements line the bar area and it was enjoyable to watch each cocktail be prepared. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The surroundings were eclectic and added to the mystique of the venue. Surprisingly there weren’t any speciality or signature drinks available which was expected and would have been something we would have tried. Instead we had a Caipirnha and a Brown Derby.”
