“First time visiting Echo. I loved Chef Natalie's breakfast and lunch joint, and for 12 years every trip to Las Vegas wasn't complete without at least two stops there.... Eat. had soul that seems to be hard to find in Las Vegas. Echo continues that vibe. Great food (they call it snacks but I could make it a meal), friendly service, and when I was there tonight there was awesome life music. It's my new favorite spot in Las Vegas, and I won't have to get up early to enjoy it!”

From the reservation process to the customer service, everything was smooth and welcoming. This restaurant was recommended by my wife, and it was the first time visiting for the rest of us, so we were excited to try it. The brunch itself was fantastic, with delicious food and a great atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. I had the Steak and Eggs with a perfect medium rare finish that made every bite melt away in my mouth! Overall, Echo delivered a wonderful brunch experience for our group. “AMBIENCE: Such a cool spot! The place gives off a very cozy and warm vibe. The DJ is in the middle of the place so it's a cool thing to watch them work. This is a nice place to have a date. FOOD: The food I ordered was meant to be shared and I have zero complaints. The food was good as was the drinks. OVERALL: Staff will greet you when you enter and seat you. My waiter was lovely. Complimented the DJ too as he was pretty good at reading the room.”
