“We chose Echo and Rig for our anniversary dinner, and it was absolutely the perfect choice! From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us warmly. Our server was phenomenal, knowledgeable, attentive, and made great recommendations, ensuring our drinks were never empty without ever feeling rushed. We started with the fire roasted cauliflower and calamari which was flavorful and perfectly portioned. I had the swordfish and my husband had the Ribeye Steak, both cooked precisely to the requested temperature and packed with flavor. The sides, particularly the mashed potatoes were decadent. Even though we were stuffed, they surprised us with an amazing, complimentary pecan caramel dessert making for a truly memorable end to a fantastic night. The atmosphere was classy, romantic, and a little loud for a special occasion. We will definitely be back to try the other items.”

“Really great space and interior! The food is good but didn't blow us away. The service was top notch. We got the lamb cigars which were interesting and yummy. The cuban grilled cheese is good but average. The spencer was tender and good for its price. It was a great dining experience including the window seat on the second floor and the view of Tivoli village.”

“I had the prime rib cap. It was Ok. My wife had the Bavette, it was very chewy she ate less than half. That steak is supposed to be Wagyu? Steaks coming with chips I think is odd. The atmosphere is not steakhouse it's very casual, didn't like that at all. Our server had tables all over the dining room and on the patio. He checked on us a couple of times. Had a vodka gimlet and a cosmopolitan they both tasted much different than what we are used to.”

“Came back here for a 2nd time because the service from my first visit left a great impression. The food is pretty basic, but I didn't mind. However, this visit fell a bit short. After a quick initial check-in about the food, our waiter completely disappeared. The real star of the night was the water server. He was incredibly attentive and did a fantastic job. We even had to ask him for the check because no one else was around.”

“It used to be a highly regarded spot, but now many consider it overrated. They make no substitutions or customization options at any of the locations. When the food arrives, you will enjoy it and eat it without hesitation. That’s simply how it is. The drinks are NOT notably strong and expertly crafted. I have decided to stop visiting this place altogether.”
