“If you’re looking for the BEST happy hour in Las Vegas, STK Steakhouse inside the Cosmopolitan is absolutely unbeatable. The food and drinks are next level, and the burger sliders are INSANELY good… easily one of the best things I’ve eaten on the Strip. Perfect flavor, juicy, and addictive. The atmosphere is always fun and upscale, but what really made the experience stand out was Jake behind the bar. He went above and beyond all night, made incredible drinks, stayed attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed. Outstanding service like that is hard to find in Vegas. Highly recommend stopping by STK for happy hour. Amazing vibes, incredible food, great drinks, and top-tier hospitality.”

“Since STK is a high end restaurant I expected to have an exceptional dining experience. However, the service I received was very mediocre. I believe the waiter Brandon, assumed we could not afford to dine at STK since we inquired about the $89 3 course special being heavily advertised on social media. We had a 7 pm reservation and Brandon indicated the special is offered as a reverse happy hour at 10 pm. The ads did not contain any restrictions, beyond being available Sunday-Thursday. Nevertheless, I was not bothered as the special was not the motivator to dine at STK. I should have known the evening was not going to be pleasant when it was suggested that my husband and I split the cheapest steak so that we could be within our "price point". Brandon did not refill our sparkling water or beverages throughout the experience. Christian, a busser refilled my drinks and took care of our table throughout the evening. I left a 20%, $63 tip despite the terrible service and blessed the Busser with double the amount for picking up the slack. My steak was cooked to perfection, the loaded mashed potatoes were a little on the thin side but delicious as was the salad. My perfect margarita, was perfect. When you spend over $400 for a meal for two you don't expect to receive low budget, diner service. The music was good but club level loud, making it difficult to have conversation. We are undecided if we will dine at STK a second time. We are locals and was looking for a nice steakhouse to dine at and bring guests from out of town.”

“I was under the impression this was a steakhouse. Based on the steak we received, it was not. Quality of steak was poor. Abysmally bad for a steakhouse. However, their fish was quite stellar. Some of the best sea bass and fish n chips I’ve had. Which is shocking, given they are supposed to serve good steak! The beer tartar is interesting… in an indifferent way. But I would lean towards not recommending it. It seriously needs an egg yolk. Garlic bread was good. Nice surprise with the blue cheese butter. Sliders were very good. Prob the best item we had. They seem to source their ground beef from some place better than their steak cuts. Service was disappointing. Felt very rushed. Waiter did poor job attending to our table. Additionally, there was a large group sat behind us that was incredibly unruly. One of the group members literally stood on the chair and started singing, and all he was told was sit down as he continued to be a nuisance. Cocktails are mediocre at best.”
