“Wonderful meal for a friends bachelor party. The table side Cesar and bananas foster are elements from restaurants of yesteryear. These skills and levels of service are only available at a couple of handfuls of places all over the us at this caliber. It’s a meal that has been talked about over and over by the group as the best meal of the trip!! Highly recommend for those special occasions to really go all out for; as the servicing staff and chef come together to make a truly memorable experience!! Get a reservation a bit in advance to make sure you get in, but definitely worth it!”

“Ask for Den! A Truly Special Anniversary Dinner Delmonico Steakhouse is a beautiful location and definitely the perfect excuse to get dressed up! We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire experience was fantastic. The Food: • Starters: We ordered the oysters and the carpaccio, which were both absolutely amazing. We also had the burrata; it is served more as a tomato and burrata salad, but still very good. • The Mains: my boyfriend and I both ordered steaks. He got the Ribeye, and I had the New York Strip. Both were super juicy, cooked perfectly medium, and absolutely delicious. We paired them with the potatoes, which came with an incredible sauce on top. • Dessert: We had two different desserts, and they were so incredibly yummy. Even though we were completely full, we tried our absolute best to finish them both because they were that good. The Service: Our server, Den, was truly amazing and made our anniversary feel extra special. We highly recommend asking for his section when you book your reservation! Even had a beautiful hand written note!”

“Delmonicos in Las Vegas delivered a truly excellent experience and stands comfortably among the better steakhouses I have visited in the city. The steak itself was cooked beautifully and clearly high quality, though the dry aged character did not carry quite the same bold and distinctive funkiness I experienced elsewhere. Still, it was deeply satisfying and prepared with real care. The ambiance was fabulous, elegant without feeling stiff, and the dining room had that warm sense of occasion that makes a meal feel memorable. Service throughout the evening was stellar, attentive and professional in a way that elevated the entire experience. Overall it was a very satisfying dinner and a place I would absolutely return to the next time we are in Las Vegas.”

“The staff made this a truly special meal for my wife and I. We don’t eat at really fancy restaurants hardly at all, but we are glad we decided to splurge for this place. We started with salads, the wedge salad was good but definitely overshadowed by the house made organic baby greens salad. The potato croquettes were our favorite side dish, and the boneless ribeye au poivre style was the star of the show. The banana cream pie was outstanding, the perfect over-the-top ending to a wonderful dining experience.”
