We are delighted to continue our “Wine Tour of the World featuring Paul Botamer & Miguel Sayago,” an ongoing journey of wine education, tasting, and discovery that celebrates distinctive regions and their stories through the glass. Our next journey will be "The Verdict: France vs. America – A Blind Journey Through the World’s Most Influential Wine Regions," this concept is inspired by the historic Judgment of Paris (1976), California wines surprised the wine world by outperforming some of France’s most prestigious labels in a blind tasting. This experience will create a fun, interactive, and educational experience for guests to blind tastes wines, compare styles from both countries, and ultimately discover which region and winemaking approach they prefer. The identity of each wine will be revealed at the end of the evening, allowing guests to compare their perceptions and cast their own "Verdict." Our five course culinary pairing will be featured by Chef Abigail Goodwin. Expect an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting, where storytelling, flavor, and impeccable hospitality come together to create a truly memorable night.
