“10/10 experience! The food was AMAZING! Highly recommended the salmon coconut rice bowl & the prime rib dip with garlic aioli. We had the buffalo cauliflower for an appetizer and that was great as well. Fun to sit outside and watch the golfers with a beautiful view of lake Waconia. Will definitely be our “go to” place this summer!”

“Food was delicious! Ordered a burger and blue cheese salad. It was one of the best burgers I’ve had and the fries were perfect crispness. We also ordered the blue cheese salad, very good, just wish they added a little more lettuce to accompany the dish. Also got the berry cake for dessert and it was outstanding. The service was great and the food came out quickly. So happy about this new restaurant in town! Excited to sit out on the patio when the weather warms up because the views of Lake waconia are stunning!”

“Another great food experience from local owner with several good restaurants. A little noisy. My wife enjoyed the salmon with coconut rice and I really enjoyed the short rib ragù. The six year old liked his smash burger and ate the whole thing!”

“Had a nice experience for our first time at the Green Fox Grille in Waconia. They have a nice size menu with a lot of Asian influence and seafood options which we thought was a nice change of pace with the surrounding food options in the area. We tried the coconut shrimp which we enjoyed. The walleye chowder was okay but the cook on the potatoes in it were a little inconsistent. The shrimp scampi was fine, the noodles and shrimp were both cooked well but it was a little bland. And we finished on the chantily cake which we loved, it wasn’t overly sweet which we appreciated. It’s a golf course restaurant so the inside is what you would expect. Prices are definitely on the upper end. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall the cake was the only thing that really wowed us but having said that I would say the Green Fox Grille is still a big step up from Vandy’s (the previous restaurant). We will definitely be back to try out a few more things.”
