“Of the Minnesota wines I tried on our first visit to this wine region, my favorites were from Schram: AB Sparkling Rosé (Frontenac Gris and Marquette) and Woody's Blend (Petite Pearl, Frontenac, and four vinifera grapes). The young woman who served us was knowledgeable and patient; the buildings and grounds evoke connection and celebration; their wines represent MN, and what hybridized wines can be, beautifully.”

The only recommendation would be the mocktails were not really good (I know it’s a vineyard but there were some of us not drinking and we had high expectations for the NA beverage since the food was really good!!!!”

“We made a reservation for the Signature Tasting Experience at Schram Vineyards, and it exceeded every expectation. At $30 per person, it honestly felt like a steal considering how much wine we were able to taste and enjoy as a group.
A huge highlight of our visit was our tasting associate, Ron. He was absolutely fantastic! So welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to spend time with. He shared so many interesting insights about the vineyard, the wines, the grapes, and even the history of winemaking in Minnesota. It made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.
The wines themselves were incredible. Our group especially loved the Bonfire, along with several others that really stood out. Every pour felt thoughtfully selected, and the whole tasting was engaging, relaxed, and just plain fun.
Afterward, we grabbed some food at the Bonfire & Barrel. I ordered the Sweet Heat Brisket Pizza… and wow. Truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had - like, next-level amazing. Sweet, savory, a little kick - absolutely perfect. I’m already planning to come back just for that (and maybe order 10 more, not even joking).
Between the amazing wine, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, and such a fun overall vibe, this place is an easy 10/10. We’ll definitely be back again and again.”
