“Had a great time today at the Holman Ranch Tasting Room. We did the five wine tasting and sat outside in the back. The wines were all estate wines and were very good and of course we bought a few bottles. We also ordered the cheese and fruit plate with honey that was very good. Elizabeth, the tasting room manager, waited on us and we had a really good time interacting with her. She's excellent! We will be back!”

The staff here is amazing and elizabeth and Zoee are wonderful. The tasting room is absolutely beautiful as well. “What an amazing, perfect wine tasting experience. This tasting room should be beyond anyone's expectations. It's located in a historic building, has outdoor patio seating and a lovely inside open seating arrangement with a lovely fireplace and small gift shop. We arrived promptly for our reservation and was greeted and welcomed. We were surprised by the personalized tasting menu that had our name on it. Zoe was just overall an excellent and perfect host for wine tasting. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and just overall made us feel welcomed. One of the surprises was that they give you the correct glass for each wine that you taste; I haven't experience this even in Napa Valley. Also, they give you some water and Chex mix. They have a menu of cheeses, crackers and charcuterie board to purchase. All of the wines were great. Our favorites were the rose sparkling and Hunter's Cuvee Pinot Noir. Such an excellent experience and wonderful time here tasting the variety of wines that are all grown on their estate. We had an amazing time and we know that we'll be back while visiting Carmel by the Sea. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.”

“We’ve had the best day at Holman! We love our wines and have been to multiple wineries and tastings, and this has beaten them all hollow! A very personal and relaxing wine tasting experience, friendly,gracious and patient hosts and really good wines! We went home with the Kelly Pinot Noir. This is a really beautiful winery with amazing wines to pair this experience with! We had the best New Year’s Eve and are so glad to have found a real gem. Lovely scenery along the way from the Bay Area.”
