“It is a extremely large venue. Very Spacious. It was Clean and well stocked and prepared for a lot of people. We went there for Bingo Loco. I was NOT PREPARED! The Sound System was INCREDIBLE! I AM DEFINITELY NOT ONE FOR LOUD MUSIC. BUT IF YOU ARE THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! I felt the vibrating sounds all over my body and even with ear plugs I could still hear and feel the pulsating beats no matter where we were in the place. Great Venue 👍”
“Great place, location & staff. Nice cozy venue. Amazing show with Taylor Dayne. She was awesome! Nice private area to meet her after show.”
“1st afternoon concert. It was GREAT. Lisa Lisa was 1st concert I saw with my bestfriend & went to see her am these years later with my bestfriend & this time some cousins!!!”
“K-POP Superstars, Sunday, May 24, 2026. That was a WASTE of people's MONEY: A Complete Bait-and-Switch Disaster This paid event was an absolute rip-off and a complete insult to paying customers. Only 1 of 4 Headliners Showed Up: The advertised group of four powerhouse performers was a lie. Music Videos Instead of Live Music: The screens played pre-recorded songs for the majority of the event. Cut Extremely Short: The venue promised a 90-minute show but delivered a measly 60 minutes. Awkward Performer Apology: The single performer who showed up explicitly apologized for being completely abandoned on stage. Subpar Backup Dancers: The few dancers who did participate were sloppy and uncoordinated. Premium Price, Free-Park Quality: This was a high-priced ticketed venue, yet it felt cheaper than a free park district event. Oh. And the balcony was "closed" for people, yet, there were at least 10 people up there... That's because the manager did let them be there because they are friends... Very professional 😁”
“If you are disabled, I would strongly reconsider attending a concert at this venue. The seating accommodations were extremely disappointing. We were placed off in a corner in very low chairs where it was nearly impossible to see the stage or enjoy the performance comfortably. Accessibility should mean more than just providing a seat — disabled guests deserve a clear and enjoyable viewing experience too. Especially being a disabled veteran.”
