“I was looking for an affordable Champagne for my party, I didn’t want to spend too much, but I also didn’t want to risk serving something underwhelming. That’s when I was helped by Mandana. She suggested going with high quality sparkling wine that wasn’t from Champagne but would still deliver incredible taste without the hefty price tag. Her passion was obvious, and with a charming sense of humor she said, “No one expects me to serve mediocre wine, I’m showing you what I serve at my own gatherings.” She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right bottles. “This was my first time purchasing from K&L. I purchased a pre sale order of Old Louisville 11 year for $109. First off, the price was excellent. I've seen simillar for $149. When I placed the order, I entered my address and selected shipping not pick up. The order indicated that it would ship on Nov. 30th. I received an email around Dec. 2 that they don't have much room for storage and I needed to pick up? I called cutomer service and arranged for UPS shipping. When the bottle arrived it was not the same ABV as advertised on the website. Advertised as 55 ABV and the bottle I got was 60 ABV. Not a deal breaker but I've never had that happen from other online orders.”
